Physical cross-linked polyethylene foam (IXPE) is a product with high mechanical properties, physical characteristic values ​​and dimensional stability. IXPE, which has a closed cell structure and smooth surface, can be produced in different colors as cut plates, adhesive or non-adhesive rolls, pipes, extra laminated or unlaminated, for different sectors. It collects itself after printing and does not collapse. It has a closed cell structure, is resistant to water and moisture, and is not affected by chemicals and external environmental conditions. Provides sound and heat insulation. It is environmentally friendly, does not contain HCFC and harmful/banned chemicals. It complies with ROHS standards, does not contain fungi and bacteria, is odorless and its inner texture is completely sterile. Despite its elasticity and lightness, it has superior physical and mechanical properties. It is preferred in aesthetic applications thanks to its smooth surface appearance. If necessary, it can be shaped with heat (thermoforming).
